Novissi is a social protection platform in Togo that provides emergency cash transfers to the most vulnerable populations using machine learning and mobile money. By analyzing satellite imagery and household data, the platform identifies the poorest areas. It then uses machine learning algorithms, powered by mobile phone metadata, to prioritize individuals for support.
